Twenty Worst foods in America

Men's Health, declaring that, "the U.S. food industry has declared war on your waistline," posted 20 entrees that people serious about their health should avoid.

In a refreshing gesture, it also publishes an alternative to the worst food. However, it doesn't have its facts straight on all of its recommendations. Particularly, at Ruby Tuesdays Men's Health says to avoid the "Healthy" Bells Turkey Burger (1,145 calories, 639 of them from fat). Good advice. However, it suggests a nine ounce sirloin as an alternative. It states that the steak has only 256 calories. No way. According to Cron-O-Meter, that's more like 675 calories.

Maybe Men's Health meant tuna steak.
