Interval Training Timer

Interval training is great for a comprehensive workout. You get a lot done pretty fast. You work hard for a period and you rest for a period. Go to a boxing gym and the first thing you notice is the three minute timer that never stops. Boxers train hard for three minutes and rest for a minute. In my home workout, I work for a minute and rest for a minute.

Here's an online timer from Speed Bag Forum that you can set for workout segment lengths that are right for you. It gives lots of options on sounds, but limits the length of workout segments. This timer from Tabata Clock has few sound options, but allows you to set whatever workout time periods you like.
